Payments

Can I purchase without paying VAT?

Currently, we are unable to apply VAT exemptions to our prices and invoices. Therefore, VAT will be included in your final invoice according to the applicable tax regulations in your country. We recommend consulting your tax advisor for further clarification on VAT treatment for international purchases.

 

Do I have to pay for my order at the time of placing the order?

Due to the high demand for ASIC miners, we require that the payment be made at the time of ordering. Once the order is placed, you must provide proof of payment within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot reserve any products until we have received payment. We recommend completing the payment promptly to avoid automatic order cancellations.

Can I pay via Escrow, Bank Card, PayPal, or cash?

Currently, we only accept payments via bank transfer (EUR, USD, GBP) . We do not support payments through PayPal or cash. If you choose one of the accepted payment methods, we will send you detailed instructions on how to complete the payment. .

Can I pay for my order in installments?

While we prefer full payment at the time of purchase, we understand that some customers may need flexibility. If you would like to pay in installments, we will consider your request as long as the full payment is made within 24 hours. You must also provide proof of payment for each installment within 24 hours of placing the order. Once payment is complete, please send us a copy of your wire transfer proof to: info@minerasic.com.

What is the HS (Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System) code for my ordered miner?

The HS code for all miners is 8471.50. This code is used to classify miners for international customs operations and is essential for calculating VAT at import. If you need more information on customs regulations for importing your miner, we recommend visiting your local customs authority's website or contacting our customer support team for additional guidance.

Will there be any customs duties or fees to pay upon receipt of my order?

Yes, upon receipt of your order, you will be responsible for covering any applicable customs duties or fees according to the laws of your country. Customs duties are calculated at the time of import and may vary depending on the destination. We recommend checking local customs regulations to get precise information on any tariffs or taxes that may apply.

Where are you shipping all orders from?

All of our miners are stored and shipped from our Hong Kong and Usa logistics center. Although some operations are handled from Italy, all items are shipped from our Hong Kong or USA warehouse. If you have questions about shipping times or customs policies for your country, our customer service team is available to provide additional information.

My order has not been shipped yet, can I cancel it or exchange it for a different unit?

Unfortunately, once the order has been processed and payment received, we are unable to cancel, modify, or exchange it. Our cancellation, exchange, and refund policies are in place to ensure a fair process for all customers. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before making payment. For any questions, our customer support team is always available to assist you.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship our products worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Asia, and many other countries. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, please reach out to our customer support team for clarification.

Are there any specific requirements when shipping units to Europe/EEA?

Since 2023, all customers shipping goods to the European Union/EEA are required to provide a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). TINs are essential for identifying taxpayers and ensuring proper tax handling when shipping within the EU. If you are based in Europe/EEA, please ensure that you provide your TIN when placing the order to avoid any shipping delays.
